Shipping Information:

First Class Mail: 5-8 business days.
Priority Mail: 3-5 business days.
Express Mail: 1-3 business days.
Trucking/Ground: 1-3 weeks. For orders on Furniture and/or Art items. You have to select this shipping method if you are ordering furniture or Art items.
International Shipping: 1-3 weeks, usually 1-2 weeks.

1. Credit card orders are usually shipped within 2 business days IF OUR FRAUD PROTECTION SYSTEM APPROVES YOUR ORDER. FURNITURE will ship within 3 to 5 business days. Once an order leaves our warehouse it is out of our control and the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival.

2. We ship from Monday through Friday, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

3. Check/Mail orders will be shipped out the next business day after the checks are cleared by our bank. If you send us a cashier check, we will ship in 2 business days upon receipt of your check.

Shipping to other states not listed on the shopping cart (or other countries): we will call or email you the shipping method and quote.

All FURNITURE will be delivered to your door only. Our insurance policy restricts our driver to get into your house/private area. So, please don't expect that our driver will help you to move your items inside. Also, please have someone ready to help the driver to unload and/or move the items aside. The driver will call you prior to delivery.

Satisfaction Guaranteed:

If you are not satisfied with our products, return them within the limited time we mention below and we will replace your products or give your money back (Note: all shipping fees are not refundable).

Terms and Conditions (Merchandise Return / Exchange / Cancellation Policy):

1. Upon receiving of FURNITURE please examine content for any damage. In the event of damage does occurred please refuse to sign any paper and notify us right away for exchange and we will take care of everything without charging you anything. If you find the damage in a later time, please keep all the receipts and notify us by email within 10 days for exchange. Please keep in mind that once you have signed and received the merchandise, you will be responsible for ALL shipping and handling charges for returns or exchanges.

2. Furniture must be returned/exchanged within 10 days. All must be in perfect condition and in original packaging. Items that are not properly packaged or damaged will be refused. All other returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days from the invoice/receipt date. There is a 20% re-stocking fee on all returned/exchanged orders.

3. You/Buyer responsible for shipping and handling charges both ways on all returned/exchanged orders. We will provide the freight bill on FURNITURE orders and you have to pay the shipping fee in full (we will deduct this fee plus the 20% restocking fee, and will refund you whatever left).

4. All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by your original receipts or invoices.

5. You can cancel your orders and get full refunds ONLY before we ship out your orders. If your orders have been shipped, all shipping fees are NOT refundable. You must return our products in order to receive a refund.

6. Just send your returned/exchanged items along with your letter or a short note (to tell us what you'd like to do) and your original receipt to:

Incorrect Address Problems:

If the address you provided has any mistake causing the package to be undelivered, we will ship your order again but shipping and handling fees will then be charged.

Returned Checks:

We will charge $25 for each dishonored check.

Reminder:

1. If you placed a credit card order, but didn't receive the order in 2 weeks, please check with us by sending email to info@myonlystore.com.

2. If you placed a check order and your check has been cashed but you didn't receive your order in 2 weeks (from the date your check was cashed), please email us: info@myonlystore.com.

3. When emailing us, please state your order information including your full name, the date you placed your order, and your confirmation (order) number.

4. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse to sell any item for any reason that we deem appropriate.
